"Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin..."

This Bible verse from Matthew 6:28 came to mind when I saw the beauty of these lilies growing in my back yard. Their beauty while fleeting was unrivalled. My hope was to capture some of that beauty in this painting.
