Peggy’s Cove

Peggy's Cove is one of Canada's more famous tourist destinations. Hewn from shale and sandstone, Peggy's Cove has stood the test of time. When we visited recently, we chatted with a mariner who was about a 4th generation fisherman. He said his son was a fisherman also. The residents work very hard to preserve their way of life even though tourism is allowed. This is the meeting of sea, land, and sky each with their own powerful forces. Yet man finds home and living here. Can you feel the cool mist on your skin from this scene?
